With a twin basket design, you can run two containers at one time. Whether you choose to run the same material or two different materials, this configuration gives you the ultimate flexibility to get the job done.
Vacuum Capabilities
With the option of programmable vacuum, your large FlackTek™ can offer continuous inert gas purging in a positive pressure environment. It also allows you to automate the vacuum settings of the machine to your specific requirements.
Programmable Software
A touch screen interface makes programming mixing settings quick and easy. The large FlackTek™ can store up to 250 programs, making changes in product formulation as easy as the touch of a button.

This product range includes FlackTek™ models with mixing weight capacities of up to 20 kg per run and volumes up to 5-gallon buckets. These machines are specifically designed for specialty and pilot production, as well as R&D requiring large batch sizes. Due to production needs, these large FlackTek™ machines can be fitted with twin baskets, allowing you to mix two containers simultaneously. Models in this range all have the optional capability for programmable dynamic vacuum mixing.
Scaling up for production with the larger FlackTek™ is particularly easy when paired with a small or medium-sized FlackTek™.
