The Challenge: Working with small sample sizes (e.g. < 1g).Industrial and academic research often involves mixing many small batches of various materials. Switching between batches is often a time-consuming process with traditional mixing technologies and techniques, especially bladed mixers.

The Solution: The FlackTek™ mixes materials in closed containers without the need for blades. Since the containers can easily be removed and replaced, there’s no clean-up needed between batches allowing for rapid batch to batch processing. Our machines can run batches as small as less than a gram, thus avoiding costly material waste or mistakes.
